Dr Padma has done MBBS from Government Medical College , Thiruvananthapuram and MD Physiology from Government Medical College Kozhikode, PGDFM, DFID from CMC Vellore. Dr.Padma joined as Assistant Professor in GMC,Calicut in 1998 and was HOD of Physiology in Academy of Medical Sciences,Pariyaram.She was Professor in SUT Academy of Medical Sciences.
