Introducing the Doctor

Nationality:    Cambodian

Dr. Latha Devi joined our institution on April 4, 2025, as the Professor and Head of the Department of Physiology. She brings with her a wealth of academic experience and a strong background in teaching and medical education.

She earned her MBBS from Coimbatore Medical College in 1989, and went on to complete her MD in Physiology from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre in 2004.

Dr. Latha Devi began her academic career as a Tutor at PSG Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre. Through dedication and excellence in teaching, she was promoted to the position of Associate Professor within the same institution. After her tenure at PSG, she joined Karuna Medical College as an Associate Professor in 2025.

Later that year, she was appointed as the Professor and Head of the Department of Physiology at our institution, where she continues to contribute significantly to both academic development and departmental leadership.

Dr. Latha Devi is known for her commitment to medical education, her approachable teaching style, and her contributions to departmental growth. She plays a key role in guiding students and shaping the academic standards of the department.
