Dr. Sadhiqua V is a highly respected senior professor in the field of microbiology, with decades of experience in teaching, clinical diagnostics, and academic administration. She joined our institution in 2025 as Professor in the Department of Microbiology, continuing her long-standing commitment to excellence in medical education.

Dr. Sadhiqua completed her MBBS in 1980 from Thanjavur Medical College, Tamil Nadu. She went on to pursue her MD in Microbiology from Tirunelveli Medical College, one of the prominent institutions in the state, further honing her expertise in the field of infectious diseases and laboratory medicine.

Her academic career began at Tirunelveli Medical College, where she served as a Tutor. Over the years, she held several key academic positions across various government and private medical colleges, including a significant tenure at Coimbatore Medical College. Her roles have included teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, supervising laboratory diagnostics, and contributing to infection control protocols.

Prior to joining our institution, Dr. Sadhiqua served as Professor of Microbiology at Karuna Medical College, where she was deeply involved in academic mentorship and departmental development.
