Housed in a spacious and serene facility, the PIMS library offers a calm, well-lit, and air-conditioned environment, conducive to focused reading and research. With dedicated study zones, digital learning spaces, and reference areas, students can comfortably engage with their coursework, clinical material, or research projects.

Digital Library
Digital library is virtual repository of learning resources with search/browse facilities for the learner community. Filtered and federated searching is employed to facilitate focused searching so that learners can find the right resource with least effort and in minimum time.
Delnet
The institution is a member of DELNET, the Delhi based institution. It is a knowledge gateway to access information, networked electronic resources. It gives access to 1,59,79,342 of resources including E-journals, E-books, Articles, Institutional Repositories content through DELNET consortium.
ProQuest
The Library subscribes to the internationally acclaimed database ProQuest. The database includes over 4500 academic and research scholarly journals. ProQuest can be accessed only from the Central library. The database contains e-books, conference papers and proceedings, dissertations and theses, encyclopaedia and refence works, Government and official publications, Magazines, trade journals etc.
RFID
The central library is RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) enabled library. All the resources in the library are tagged with an RFID chip.

Security and Anti-Theft: RFID gates is placed at library exits to alert staff if someone attempts to leave with a book that hasn’t been checked out properly.
RFID gates also takes the footprints of the readers coming to the library.
RFID IN & OUT system: All the readers should scan the ID on the scanner while you are entering and exiting the library only after registering in the circulation counter.
General Guidelines At Pims Central Library
- Strict silence should be maintained inside the library
- Eating/loud conversation/chewing and similar objectionable acts are not allowed and are strictly prohibited in the library
- Personal belongings, bags, coats etc. should be kept in the cloak area
- All the readers should enter into the library clean and tidy with proper code of dressing
- Speaking cell phones inside the library is strictly prohibited
- Food items are not allowed inside the library except water bottle
