Dr. Saritha V joined our institution on 28th March 2024 as Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology. A dedicated radiologist and experienced academic, she brings with her over 15 years of clinical and teaching experience in diagnostic imaging and medical education.

She began her medical journey with an MBBS from Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, under Kerala University in 2007. She later pursued DNB in Radiology from the same institution, awarded by the National Board of Examinations in 2011. Her strong academic background is backed by full registration with the Travancore Cochin Medical Council.

Dr. Saritha V started her career as a Junior Resident in Radiology at Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, where she completed three years of rigorous training. She then took on various academic roles as Assistant Professor in reputed institutions, including Sree Mookambika Institute of Medical Sciences, Mount Zion Medical College, Government Medical College Palakkad, and MMC Calicut. Her consistent performance led to her promotion as Associate Professor at MMC Calicut before joining PIMS Hospital.

Her experience across both government and private medical institutions has shaped her into a balanced professional with expertise in academic instruction, clinical diagnostics, and departmental coordination. She is particularly appreciated for her methodical approach to radiological investigations and her commitment to maintaining high academic standards in radiology education.

At PIMS Hospital, Dr. Saritha V continues to play a key role in strengthening the Department of Radiology through her clinical expertise, mentorship, and academic involvement. Her presence enhances our institutional goals of delivering quality healthcare education and diagnostic excellence.
