1. CLINICAL GOALS
   1. Improve patient outcomes – enhance diagnosis of ENT conditions and reduce surgical complications and post-operative infections.
   2. Reduce waiting times – Increase outpatient clinic efficiency and streamline scheduling
   3. Enhance patient satisfaction – Improve communication and patient education as well as proper patient feedback
   4. Expand specialty services – Introduce subspecialties such as Pedicatric ENT, Sleep Apnea surgery and Audiology and vestibular diagnostics

   2. Preventive care initiatives- promote early screening for head and neck cancers, as well as encourage vaccinations and health strategies for ENT related diseases.

1. EARLY AND ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS
   1. Diagnosis and Treatment – To accurately diagnose and effectively treat a wide spectrum of ENT related conditions
   2. Surgical expertise – To provide advanced surgical care of ENT conditions including minimally invasive procedures, reconstructive surgery, and complex Head and Neck procedures
   3. Specialized care – For specific patients, such as pediatric ENT, otology, rhinology.
2. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
   1. Resident training – comprehensive training for ENT residents, including clinical experience, surgical skills development and academic learning.
   2. Continuing medical education – Offering opportunities for ongoing education and training for practicing ENT specialists
