Dr. Jim Ounny John
Senior Resident
Dr. Jim Ounny John joined our institution on 16th May 2025 as a Senior Resident in the Department of General Medicine. He is a dedicated clinician with a strong academic background and a focused interest in internal medicine and patient care.
He completed his MBBS from Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, in 2014, and obtained registration with the Punjab Medical Council (Reg. No. 57797) on 9 June 2016. He later pursued his MD in General Medicine from Christian Medical College, Vellore, completing it in 2021, with the same registration renewed on 20 January 2022.
Dr. Jim began his professional journey in clinical medicine, where he gained valuable experience in patient management and internal medicine practices. His education from reputed medical institutions has shaped his evidence-based approach to diagnosis and treatment.
As a Senior Resident at Palakkad Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), he actively contributes to clinical services and academic activities within the department. His commitment to learning, patient care, and teamwork makes him a valued member of the institution’s medical faculty.
