Dr Ramaraj Arun Prakash

Dr. Arun Prakash R joined our institution on 5th November 2020 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology. He is an experienced radiologist with a strong academic background and expertise in diagnostic imaging and radiological procedures.
He completed his MBBS from Madras Medical College, Tamil Nadu, under Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in 2007, and obtained registration with the Tamil Nadu Medical Council (Reg. No. 83302). He pursued DMRD from the same institution in 2011, further enhancing his radiology training. He then completed his MD in Radiology from Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi University in 2014, with registration under the Delhi Medical Council (Reg. No. 65808).
Dr. Arun began his academic career as a Senior Resident at JIPMER, Puducherry, from 27th October 2015 to 15th October 2016, gaining valuable clinical and teaching experience in radiology.
As an Assistant Professor at Palakkad Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), he actively contributes to patient care, academic teaching, and departmental research activities. His expertise, professional dedication, and structured approach make him a valued member of the Department of Radiology.
