Dr. Sheba Susan Das
Senior Resident
Dr. Sheba Susan Das joined our institution on 23rd April 2025 as a Senior Resident in the Department of Ophthalmology. She is a dedicated ophthalmologist with a strong academic foundation and a passion for patient care and medical education.
She completed her MBBS from Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church Medical College, Kolenchery, under the Kerala University of Health Sciences, and obtained registration with the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council (Reg. No. 67804) in 2017. She later pursued her MD in Ophthalmology from Dr. SMCSI Medical College, Karakonam, completing it in 2025, under the same council registration.
Dr. Sheba has developed sound clinical skills in diagnosing and managing various ophthalmic conditions, with a special interest in comprehensive eye care and community ophthalmology.
As a Senior Resident at Palakkad Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), she plays an active role in patient management, academic discussions, and departmental activities. Her commitment to excellence, clinical competence, and compassionate approach make her a valuable member of the Department of Ophthalmology.
